Overview
After downloading the construction drawings, if the prompt indicates that the drawing has been downloaded but you cannot find it on your computer, it's likely that the file has been blocked by your browser or you haven't located the file's saved location. You can easily resolve it by following the methods provided in this document.

I.Manual Unblocking
If the prompt indicates success but the download hasn't started, it's likely that the file has been blocked by your browser.
Simply click the "Click to Get" button on the successful download pop-up to unblock it, and the browser will immediately begin the download.
If the above method works, it's recommended to permanently unblock the drawings.
- Google Chrome Browser:
Click on the ① Settings icon on the left side of the address bar, then click on ② "Site settings" to open the settings page.
On the settings page, locate ③ "Pop-ups and redirects". If the option is set to "Block," switch it to "Allow".
Return to the Coohom construction drawing page and refresh the webpage as prompted to start the download again.
- Microsoft Edge Browser:
Click on the ① Settings icon on the left side of the address bar, then click on ② "Permissions for this site" to open the settings page.
On the settings page, locate ③ "Pop-ups and redirects." If the option is set to "Block," switch it to "Allow."
Return to the Coohom Tool and refresh the webpage as prompted to download again.
II.Changing the Download File's Save Location
If you've unblocked the download but still can't find the downloaded file, it may be because you haven't located the file's saved location. You can change the location in your browser settings.
Take Google Chrome Browser for example (Similar to other browsers):
Click on the three-dot icon ① in the upper right corner of the browser, then click on ② "Settings" in the menu to open the settings page.
On the left, find ③ "Downloads", then click on the ④ "Change" button to switch the save location.
Once you've switched to the desired folder, download it again.
