[Enterprise] Requirements for Uploading and Making Contour Lines

Definition: make contour lines that meet the requirements

1. File format requirements

The file format of the line outline upload is the DXF format in CAD, not the drawing files of other formats.

2. Line outline drawing requirements

1. The outline in the drawing must be in the XY plane, no line segments or points are allowed in other planes;

2. Extract the outer contour, the internal structure, and other lines do not need to be reflected, and the contour can be merged into a surface, but the surface must be exploded when uploading, and there must be no duplicate line segments in the contour, otherwise, the upload will fail;

3. The contour size value should be an integer as far as possible, if there is a decimal, take one digit after the decimal point;

4. The reference point of the contour must be placed on the world origin 0,0 (the top line contour is more special, the position of the reference point needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation, see III-1);

Operation steps: ①Right-click the coordinate point and click ‘world’. The coordinate point at this time is the world origin. You cannot directly drag the coordinate point to the lower-left corner of the graph. You need to move the graph to the origin;

②Select all graphics--Ctrl+X (cut)--Ctrl+V (paste)--input coordinates: 0,0--press Enter to confirm.

3. Outline requirements for front-end tool generation function

The contour requirements used by the front-end tools are the same as the first four points of the above contour requirements. Other requirements are as follows:

1. Top line contour: the left side of the contour faces the inside of the cabinet, the right side faces the outside of the cabinet, the bottom is the cabinet, and the origin is the outermost point at the bottom of the top line contour (as shown below)

2. Footline contour: The left side of the contour faces the inside of the cabinet, and the right side faces the outside of the cabinet. The origin is the bottom left point of the contour (as shown below)

3. Front and rear water-retaining contours: the water-retaining contour only needs the part with the shape of the front edge (as shown below)

Backwater profile

4. Light line contour: the left side of the contour faces the inside of the cabinet, and the right side faces the outside of the cabinet. The origin is the bottom left point of the contour (as shown below)
