Brand & Series Management + Department Brand Management Tutorial

Overview

The functions of brand & series management and department brand management provide an efficient solution for large companies with multiple brands and series of products to effectively manage them and display different products to various sub-accounts.

Target Users

  1. Large companies with multiple brands and series of products.
  2. Customers who wish to display different series of products for different sub-accounts.

Steps

Operator: Admin account or manager account

Step 1: Enterprise Backend - Enterprise Catalog - Product Info - Brand & Series Management

On the Brand Management page, you can create brands, name the brands, and upload logos.

On the Series Management page, you can create serieses, each of which must belong to a brand and serves as the second level of the brand.



Step 2: Enterprise Backend - Enterprise Catalog - Products - Product Details Page
On the product details page, you can select the brand and series to which each product belongs.

 

Step 3: Enterprise Backend - Enterprise Catalog - Product Info - Department Brand Management
In the department brand management module, you can select the departments to which you want to allocate products. By using the buttons "Add Brand" or "Remove Brand", you can assign brands and series to these departments to ensure that these users only see the brand series that you want them to see.

Please note: Brands and series of all products copied to your enterprise through authorization will also appear in this list. Please pay attention to distinguishing them.
