How to convert layout legend into 3D model?

Dear Coohomer,

Coohom 5.0 tool has optimized the Layout function by providing verious layout legends. 

Layout is used to do space planning in the fastest way. Layout serves as a guide so that it'll be easier for you to find furniture models from public library. 

However, you may just want to turn the layout legends into 3D models directly. If so, you need to do the setting in the Preference icon.
