Model generation failed in floor plan drawing/construction drawing.

Have you ever met the Model Generation Failed error when loading the floor plan drawing or construction drawing as below?

In this case, please just click Retry button to wait for the missing model's legend to complete the rendering process so that you can see that then. This manual process will resolve the issue in most cases. 

However, in some specific situations, they may fail. Then please contact Coohom Customer Service team: support@coohom.com to investigate this further.
