Why is my account forced to log out every 7 days?

Dear Coohom Community,

We want to take a moment to address an important aspect of our platform that many users have raised questions about: the 7-day mandatory logout policy. This policy, influenced by regulations within the software industry, is unavoidable and designed to enhance security and protect user accounts.

Understanding the 7-Day Logout Policy

The 7-day logout requirement is a standard practice in many software services aimed at ensuring account safety. By requiring users to log in periodically, we can help prevent unauthorized access and keep your designs secure. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but it is a necessary measure in today’s digital landscape. But please don't worry as the project data will be saved until 3 minutes ago before the mandary logout.

Optimizations from Our Development Team

We are pleased to inform you that our dedicated development team is actively working on optimizations to make this process smoother for you. Here’s how it works:

If you log into your Coohom account consistently within three days prior to the expiration of your 7-day period, your login session will automatically refresh for another week. This means that as long as you continue logging in during this timeframe, you can maintain uninterrupted access to your account without facing automatic logout.

This new approach aims to provide more flexibility while keeping your data secure.

Your Feedback Matters

At Coohom, we value our community’s feedback and are committed to improving your experience on our platform. Your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy are greatly appreciated as we strive to create a safe and efficient environment for all users.
