Here is the procedure for you to cancel the subscription
1. Login with your Coohom account.
2. Click your name on the top right, then click Account Settings.
3. Select the Subscription tab. Find Next Billing Date section, and click cancel subscription
4. A confirmation window will show on your screen, click "Yes" to continue for cancellation.
4. Your subscription is now discontinued if you see Activate Subscription button. You will no longer be charged on the next billing date.
5. Confirmation email template as shown below will be delivered to your Coohom registered email address.
How to cancel a subscription on your iPad?
If you subscribe to Pro plan from the Coohom iPad app, you'll need to follow Apple's instructions to unsubscribe.
